Rope Burn

I love good ropes. Aboard MATILDA the running rigging is all supplied by Gottifredi Maffioli, a famous Italian rope manufacturer with a long and distinguished history dating back to 1926. A 100 year old rope company seems impressive until you realise the significance of how rope, along side the wheel, has shaped history over millennia.
