A Boat By the River- A new film from The AWBF.

One of the goals when we wrote our first edition of SWS 18 months ago, was to try to introduce the world we love, the world of wooden boats, to a younger audience.

Its an important task and sometimes its a struggle, but the latest film from the Australian Wooden Boat Festival’s “Boat Builders” series should do more to encourage a younger generation of participants than anything we could write!

TARKINE, is a 40ft Pilot Cutter inspired design by Paul Gartside, and she’s starting to come together in away that gives the viewer an understanding of how this elegant craft is going to look and function.

Set aside 5 minutes, make a coffee and give them your full attention!
