What’s Happening? where And When?
SWS is 5 months Young and As we Grow, we’re also evolving. Our Aim is to continually offer our readers Rich content and to involve More Voices.
This Week we are delighted to Launch a new Section - EVENTS.
It is a case of evolution via what and how you, an avid fan and reader of the platform choose to engage with the platform. At first we thought a FORUM would be a good idea but despite a few attempts at promotion, we found readers were reluctant to engage in that direction. However the COMMENTS section that follows at the base of each article has been fertile ground for discussion! So the Forum is gone, at least for the moment and we encourage you to engage with us directly by email or by posting in the COMMENTS box at the bottom of each page.
The other major change we have made is to create an EVENTS page. Every month there seems to be a wooden boat gathering somewhere in this corner of the world. Some big, some small, some local, some national.
Each one deserves publicity and so if you go to the EVENTS page we are going to tell you all about them.
And of course, if you yourself are planning an wooden boat event, and you want to let people know send us an email! We aim to become the definitive resource when it comes to wooden boating events in Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific.
